Fundraiser Dinner FAQ

What is the purpose of this event?

The purpose is to share an evening of fun and fundraising celebrating God’s faithfulness to T4MM, and learning ways to get involved with our ministry in Jamaica. We would love to have you there, so please consider joining us on that evening.

Which ministries will benefit?

This fundraiser is focused on raising funds for TEAMS House and our Heartbeat Fund.

Where and when will this take place?

The fundraiser will be held on October 13, 2018 at First Baptist Church Allentown. The doors will open at 5:00 pm and dinner will be served at 6:00pm.

What is the cost to attend?

Each ticket is $15.

How will I receive my tickets?

You won’t receive an actual ticket, but will need to check-in at the registration table when you arrive that evening.

Are reservations required to attend?

Yes they are. We are also asking that your payment accompany your reservation.

How long do I have to decide?

We’re still accepting reservations, however to help us plan for the meal, please let us know as soon as possible if you’ll be coming to the dinner.

Can I bring my friends and would they be able to sit with me?

Yes, you certainly may bring them and by reserving a table, we will seat you with your friends. Tables for eight and ten are available for $120 and $150 respectively. Of course if you don’t need an entire table, individual tickets can be reserved as well.

Are you accepting additional donations to the Fundraiser Dinner Fund?

Yes, whether you can attend the dinner or not, we’d be very thankful for any funds besides dinner reservations you might want to contribute. With either one of our payment options outlined below, you’ll be able to submit an additional donation. Thank you!

How do I make reservations and pay online?

By clicking the button below, you will be asked to complete a reservation form and be guided through the payment process. Please note that the credit card processing service (eGiving) retains 3% of your donation to T4MM as a fee for their service. If you choose, you can select a checkbox on their form to cover that 3% fee for us. Also note that when the registration from opens up, you will see  “Give Now” or “Sign In” at the top. Your choice is to either complete the form and submit it (Give Now), or if  you’ve previously registered with eGiving on our website, you may “Sign in”, which will complete some of the form for you.
